This exclusive white edition of the IDE controller features black silkscreen text for a bold, high-contrast aesthetic, ensuring a clean and modern look. All connector fingers and select contacts are crafted with 24k gold plating, enhancing conductivity and durability.

This version maintains the 100% through-hole component design, ensuring easy assembly and long-term reliability. Designed for compatibility with the 838-RTC module or an original BQ4847 RTC.

• Supports 2 physical IDE devices (Primary and Slave)
• Up to 8 partitions of 260MB each when using Primary only, or 4 partitions per device when using a Primary and Slave device.
• Standard 40-pin IDE connector support
• Standard 44-pin IDE connector support, with integrated power and ground
• Dedicated 5V power and ground via header (ideal for powering IDE2CF or IDE2SD adapters)
• 2-pin header and 4-pin Molex connector for flexible power options
• Upgraded DC/DC 5V converter, replacing the standard LM7805 voltage regulator
  • Runs 40-50°F cooler than the traditional 1.5A LM7805 with heatsink
• Compatible with both 838-RTC Module or original BQ4847 RTC

**** Important: When connecting devices, choose either 40-pin IDE or 44-pin IDE—do not use both simultaneously.
