- All sales at the SHIFT838 store are final. An item may be returned for a replacement if the item was defective upon receipt and the original receipt must be accompanied with the item. The buyer will pay for shipping to return the item and again for receiving the new item.
- If the issue cannot be reproduced, then the buyer will receive the same unit back.
- All hardware come with a standard 30-day warranty.
- Any software purchased from SHIFT838 store is final and cannot be returned.
