Atari ST2VGA Passive Converter

Atari ST2VGA Passive Converter. This converter will convert the RGB and sync signals to work on a 15kHz VGA monitor for color mode.  Unit has a standard PC speaker output jack as well to output audio.

If operating in high-resolution monochrome mode, then a standard 31kHz VGA monitor will work. You will need to bridge the solder pads for JP1 (mono) to enable monochrome. or simply solder a small jumper wire on each pad that can be connected together to enable monochrome mode and disconnect to enable color mode.

Please note most VGA monitors do NOT operate at 15kHz, but some do. Please be sure you have one that does.
