SHIFT838 Store Claim Policy
Please be aware that if any item is not received or is damaged it must be claimed by the 49th day from shipping date. This is a requirement in order to be able to file a claim with USPS within the required time frame.
All claims must be submitted to support@shift838.com and if the item is damaged then photos must be submitted that shows the damage to the item as well as the packaging.
Failure to do so will result in a denial of the submitted claim and no item replacements or refunds. This is one reason I require payment via PayPal for protection. This is out of my control as it's a requirement from the US Postal Service.
